In some circumstances we may need your real name as it may not be practicable for us to deal with you anonymously or pseudonymously on an ongoing basis or where this is required by law.

We collect and verify your personal information to comply with Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF) laws under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006.

• Completing PEP checks
• Collecting and verifying Source of Wealth (SOW)

If you believe we have breached privacy laws, you can lodge a complaint with us. We will acknowledge within one week if a more detailed assessment is needed and aim to provide a response within 30 business days. If the matter is complex, we will keep you updated on timeframes.
